Who we are ?
The International Union of Interventional Radiologists (IUOIR), a nonprofit association of radiologists from around the world, originated from a meeting of North American and European interventional radiologists who attended the 2008 RSNA Annual Meeting.
Our procedures
Thanks to new technologies, “interventional radiology” (IR) now offers non-invasive treatment options. Interventional radiology requires no surgical incisions, stitches, or scars.
